ready-to-use ice-cream base mix, is made from skimmed milk powder, sugar, vegetable oil. It gives a creamy texture with milky flavor note.
Its produced under Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT), and filled under aseptic condition, therefore it can be kept without refrigeration for 1 year.
It can be mixed with other flavor substances (i.e. cocoa powder, coffee powder, flavored syrup or fruit juice concentrate) for flavored ice cream or with fruit juice, fruit pieces for fruity ice cream, smoothies or milk shake.
