Ultrafiltration (UF)
 

Ultrafiltration (UF) is one of the essential ingredients in an economical Eletrodeposition (EDP/E-coat) paint systems.

Ultrafiltration (UF) system is providing for : 
Recovery for paint solids from dragout/carry over.
Reduction  of waste from rinses process.
Reduction of contaminate in E-coat paint.
Eletrodeposition (EDP/E-coat) bath chemistry control.
Seal cooling for Eletrodeposition (EDP/E-coat) process pump.

Without these benefits of Ultrafiltration (UF) that Eletrodeposition (EDP/E-coat) would not be an economically viable E-coat paint process.

   
 
Anolyte Cell
 
Anolyte cell or Anode cell is an essential ingredients of most Eletrodeposition (EDP/E-coat) paint systems. Anolyte cell or Anode cell serve as the positive electrode charge into E-coat paint process and simultaneously excess acid anions migrate to the anode and passing through the wrap membrane around electrode into the anolyte solution to maintaining acid concentration of E-coat paint within control range.
